Hi. I’m Maureen Werrbach – owner of a 7+ figure group practice in the Chicago area with 4 successful locations and founder of The Group Practice Exchange — where I coach other group practice owners on building systems and designing their leadership to create their own thriving 7+ figure practices that can run themselves so you can do what you love most.

What Happens During Our Strategy Day?

First, you will get access to our self-paced Accountability Equation online program.

Ahead of our in-person strategy day, we kindly ask that you complete the Accountability Equation online program.

This online program is the introduction Maureen's signature system, which will be implemented in our Strategy Day. This program forms the bedrock of what you will implement during our 1:1 sessions together.
Second, you will schedule your in-person Strategy Day with Maureen!
In our strategy session, we'll polish up your roles and functions matrix, set target metrics, assign accountabilities, and craft a 90-day plan.
By focusing on implementing the Accountability Equation and other pivotal practice goals, you'll walk away with crystal-clear role expectations, defined success markers for each role, and strategies to seamlessly embed this concept throughout your practice with your team.

Let's kick things off! Fill out the program application. It's a way for us to understand if this investment aligns with your practice and where you're at right now.

STEP 2
If your application gets the green light, you'll team up with us to schedule a Strategy Day session. These days are all about you and Maureen, dedicating a full 8+ hours to your practice.

STEP 3
Ready to dive in? Submit your program payment. The Strategy Day packs a 12-week program and 8 weeks of personal coaching into one focused day. Your investment starts at $10,000, and we've got payment plans available.

STEP 4
Time to get started! Access the Online Program and dive into your Accountability Equation tools. We'll need your draft of the Roles and Functions Matrix and the Accountability Tracker at least 2 weeks before your scheduled Strategy Day.

  • Are payment plans available?
    Yes. Payment plans can be coordinated with the TGPE team once your application is accepted. Total investment starts at $10,000.
  • What's included?
    The base investment for the strategy day is $10,000 if you choose to attend in Chicago. If you prefer Maureen travels to your city, there may be a $2,000 travel subsidy depending location and travel costs.
  • What will I need to have prepared for the Strategy Day?
    Before your scheduled Strategy Day, having a good grasp of the Accountability Equation™ framework and tools is key. To make the most of your time and investment, Maureen won't be teaching these tools during the session. You can get prepped by using the modules in the Online Program to gear up for your Strategy Day!

    Two weeks prior to your scheduled Strategy Day, you should have submitted a draft of your Roles and Functions Matrix and your Accountability Tracker.
  • What happens during our Strategy Day session?
    During your Strategy Session, Maureen will walk through the Accountability Equation™ tools with you. The value is not in the tools themselves, but understanding how to use them to impact your practice. Maureen will review your drafts and help you make any changes to make sure they will be implemented well in the practice.

    Once you're comfortable that the tools meet the needs of your practice, Maureen will coach you on an implementation plan so that everyone in your practice gets on board with the concepts of ownership, accountability, and responsibility and that you have the right people in the right seats.

    In our strategy session, we’ll polish up your roles and functions matrix from the Accountability Equation ™ online program, set target metrics, assign accountabilities, and craft a 90-day plan for you to implement the Accountability Equation with your team so your practice can run without you!
  • I'm not sure. What else should I consider?
    That's okay! Apply even if you're on the fence and we'll reach out if you're selected.

    Do you have an admin and clinical leadership team? Or are you preparing to create your leadership team? The key to delegating ownership away from you is having a place to shift that work. The Accountability Equation® only works if you have people to give work to.
