Establish a systematic approach to regularly measure practice performance, make sure performance is aligned with goals, with recommended key metrics provided across administrative, clinical, HR, and onboarding areas for effective monitoring.

Action Plan

Where most frameworks fall short is in the follow through. Developing systems and structure is only a piece of the equation. You and your team actually need to use the systems regularly to make them effective. As part of your Action Plan, you will get templates for incorporating these systems and structures into your daily and weekly operations.
